Janice is a fantastic realtor. She represented us on the purchase of our beach house in Daytona. Janice is highly knowledgeable, and she studies the market comps like she is writing a thesis dissertation. Janice is authentic, transparent...and she also has the refined taste level to represent luxury market clients, a skill-set that many other realtors do not possess. We will definitely reach out to her on our next property transaction whether it is buying or selling.
